Welcome to the City of Anaheim’s COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program Portal


As of March 13, 2025, the City of Anaheim's COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program is no longer accepting applications for assistance due to the limited program funds available.


Applications submitted before March 13, 2025, will be notified by email or phone on the status of their application in the coming weeks as they are reviewed and determined eligible for assistance based on funds available and program requirements. Applicants that have not previously received assistance through City of Anaheim COVID-19 programs will be prioritized and reviewed ahead of applicants that have received previous assistance.
