As a registered User, you will be able to view your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) and view the Owner Newsletter and other documents online. For assistance, see the Partner Portal FAQ link at the top of the screen.
Our goal is to increase our level of service to you by providing 24/7 online service options that will reduce the need for you to call or visit AHA during business hours.

Attention Owners: Effective 12/1/2018 Rent Increase submission is available online using Partner Portal

GENERATION OF HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS: Effective 10/1/2019, Anaheim Housing Authority will be
generating Housing Assistance Payments twice a month. The first run will be
generated on the second business day of the month. The second run will be
generated on the 15th of each month, if the 15th of the
month is on a weekend or holiday the payment will be generated on the following
business day.
